For those that are using the Edge pads, what is the advantage over other pads? TIA

Dual sided, and perfect balance, no going back and forth trying to adjust the velcro/plate on other pads to get balanced.

What everyone else has said so far and the fact that it's very easy to change to different size pads. No backing plates to change out.

Real quick and easy to change the same pad/polish from PC to rotary and visa versa.

Well I got to try out the Edge system for the first time with the rotary this weekend. I've been using LC pads for 3 years now, and while I can't complain about them at all, the Edge system does give me a perfect center every time without the hassle. This is essential with a rotary. The double-sided nature of the pads also came in handy, while saving space on my shelf. All in all, my first experience with the Edge system has been a very encouraging one.

I use 6" foam pads between my Flex 3403 and PC 7336. Best pad purchase I've made so far!:buffing:
