well currently i have KAIO.but i plan to either use KAIO or in the near future Poli-seal.would either of those be enough prep?So far I am liking P21S 100% better than the original P21s. IMO there is a visible difference and most likely durability as well, but it is too early for me to tell with the 100%. You don't need the cleansing lotion but it will help prepare the surface for the wax, it adds something to the finish but isn't needed if you prep it properly otherwise. Neither stain trim ... wipe on, wipe off. Simple simple.
You can use KAIO before any wax or sealant on the market to strip the paint and prepare it for LSPing (also no wait time for KAIO). PS should be let to cure 12hrs before being topped with anything.well currently i have KAIO.but i plan to either use KAIO or in the near future Poli-seal.would either of those be enough prep?
i was under the impression that PS was a polish.i didnt no it was a polish and sealant?should i use KAIO as a wipe on wipe off or should i let it sit for a little while then remove after i finish the car??You can use KAIO before any wax or sealant on the market to strip the paint and prepare it for LSPing (also no wait time for KAIO). No PS stands for optimum poli-seal.i no P21S is a paint cleaner simulars to Klasses All-IN-One(KAIO) and its supposed to prepard the paint for LSP which u said.Assuming "PS" = P21S Paintwork Cleansing Lotion (which has no "S" initial, jeez you guys and your acronyms) it isn't really either. It has light polishing agents, but it's more of a chemical cleaner.
Besides this thread, I can't find another source which suggests that it needs time to cure. P21S and every other source indicates that the surface is prepped for LSP as soon as P21S Paintwork Cleansing Lotion is removed.
No PS stands for optimum poli-seal.
It's a very mild polish (pad dependent) and sealant. KAIO is a WOWO product no hazing or wait time needed. Leaves a lil acrylic protection behind but not enough to be used as an LSP. PS can and is used as a stand alone LSP.i was under the impression that PS was a polish.i didnt no it was a polish and sealant?should i use KAIO as a wipe on wipe off or should i let it sit for a little while then remove after i finish the car??

It's just 100% easier to abbreviate then having to type out these long names some of these product use. Kinda like LOL LMAO it just sooooo easy.Assuming "PS" = P21S Paintwork Cleansing Lotion (which has no "S" initial, jeez you guys and your acronyms) it isn't really either. Yes the mechanical and chemical action (pad and PoliSeal) will clean the surface of any old wax/glaze/sealant/ect. KAIO (imo) is more of a chemical paint cleaner then anything else (and a darn good one). If I were doing it by hand KAIO would be my choice followed by what ever wax/glaze/sealant I was going to use. By machine and wanting to save time PS would be my choice as it does everything including leaving protection behind. PS just melts into the paint with very very little left behind to wipe away. But if you plan on topping PS with another sealant or caruaba it's a good idea to let the sealant in PS cross link/cure before topping it.can it be used as prep like KAIO before LSP??
ya i use KAIO as a WOWO.but i wanted to use PS with a white CCS pad on my pc and then top it with 845.Yes the mechanical and chemical action (pad and PoliSeal) will clean the surface of any old wax/glaze/sealant/ect. I have 100% but not Concours. People say Concours is warmer and 100% is sharper, personally I think 100% looks sick.
Have you tried the Pinnacle Offerings ?? SSII and Souveran Paste ....
