I'm using wolfgang tire and wheel cleaner ,following the directions but my tires get a brown tint to them ...any help or tip would be great, thanks in advance

What you are seeing is whats called "Blooming" it's the oils/preservatives that are injected into the tires during manufacturing. It keeps the tires from drying out and "dry rotting". When those oils are gone the aging process increases. Not much you can do about that but fight it till the end. Maybe just using soap and water and lay off the tires cleaners. They may be drying out the tire causing the oils to surface.
