Hi and welcome to All. My 1-st post. Where I can find any info-review on surf city beyond clay. Thank You.

:welcome:To the forum. I am not sure about S\C CLAY never used.

I've tried Beyond Clay and found it "okay"...not one of my favs from Surf City. It's a cleaner/polish that for me was average at swirl removal and stains the pads.

I have alot of Surf City Garage products in my arsenal all are wonderful. I have no intentions of trying the beyond clay. I have a pound of Pinnacle ultra poly clay, and i love it. :D

Thank You All for replay.I think I just order 1 bottle and try. What color pad to use for this "Beyond Clay" ? Thank You.

As far as the pad to use ...I have used white and orange LCs with a Flex DA. The staining is not as bad on the orange. The product is purple and stains the white pinkish red.

I like SCG's glass cleaner, both QDs, and grime destroyer, but as I said earlier, Beyond Clay was just another cleaner/polish for me.

Beyond Clay
The manufacturer site has some info.

:goodpost:Thanks for the tip. But still want to try it. Can it be applied by hand? The instructions tell me to apply with a buffer. Still in the process of obtaining this item

:iagree:Yes, I used Pinnacle on my SUV and I loved it. It made the paint feel like glass. Still want to see how Surf City works.

It is best to use a buffer to apply Beyond Clay. It supposedly removes contaminants (like clay) but also removes swirls. I still would clay first, but that's just me. I would fear contaminants being rubbed into the paint by BC. Maybe your experience will be better than mine.
