I tell you, I do quite allot of shopping and Business over the internet and I have got to give a big shout out to ALL the folks at Auto Geek, time and time again they constantly amaze me with their kindness and help !! The company should be nominated for the JD Powers Award for Best Customer Service Award !! If anyone knows how to go about this I would be more than glad to champion this idea............. to all at Auto Geek............MERRY CHRISTMAS !!

I just received my order of OCW,OID,SIP and other stuff today, and it's snowing here, so I'm feeling really Christmassy right now!!
 
I agree with all of the above. The service here is Bar none the best. I dont even worry about ups tracking any more when ordering. All service has been top notch and if you have a question when you pick up the phone to call it is answered on the spot. No getting put on hold to look it up. All in all you can tell that the employees take pride in what they do. And that is very hard to come by these day especially online.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had! I talked to Meghan for a few minutes this morning and she is very cool. Keep up the good work, guys; you know the secret that would straighten out our economy in two weeks!
 
Autogeek is great! We need to get Penny on this forum. She is always so nice when I call.

Hummmm, Well she told me differently.........now I am confused ! Thought I was gonna be her boy.........lol........I feel so used and cheap......I am going to take a shower and put on my microfiber robe.........lol........
 
one time I got an order and after 5 minutes was like "hey!!! where's my Duragloss 105?!?!?!" I called anf left a message then found it a little while later. It had fallen off the table. Then later I had to call back and recall my message. I should have known better.

We are all human, sometimes we might make a mistake and sometimes you might "misplace" an item, no big deal, its how you handle a problem when it happens that counts!

Thank you all for your kind words, but this is our job and if you can't tell already we all love our jobs!:D

All companies need to treat their customers exactly how they would want to be treated... would make life a lot more enjoyable!:cheers: On that note Christmas shopping has been very eye opening, lets just say I keep taking notes on how NOT to treat people.
