hahahahhhaha exactly. Its a really quick swap and i didnt catch it the first couple times i saw it. Now if it did do it in real life, i would have bought 300 of them
 
i got some for xmas...haven't used them yet but I read that they leave too much water on the paint and a little too rough feeling anyway. good around the house like everyone says.

If you're wanting to order something, get some good Cobra waffle weave drying towels on this sight. much much more effective and safe for your ride.

The commercial is conviencing no doubt, but i actually studied that vid and at one point where he pours the soda on the carpet and soaks it up, the camara cuts away(then they swap the carpet out for a new piece) Making it look like it sucked everything up including the soda under the carpet.

Ohhh yea, Dublife nailed it. I should have mentioned it too. I havent gotten to use mine yet, but the Cobra waffle weave towel is a saint for the paint(that rhymes). I used basically a shamwow on my car and i ended up getting these long streaks on the paint and i hated seeing it in the sun. This bad boy sould prevent that, and it can hold a WHOLE lot of water
 
Shamwow works okay, but wasn't what I expected. It's really great if you spill a drink or liquid on carpet or upholstery. All you do is put it on top of the spill and push down with a fist. I use mine for drying carpets after carpet extraction. Helps dry them quicker.
 
Cobra HD Guzzlers are winners hands down...best MF WW for drying on the amrket in my opinion
 
I felt the material and enough for me .... seemed like it could scratch paint and leave swirls.
 
I have never done a CD test with the ones I received as a Christmas gag gift. If I think about it when I get home, I will give it a try.
