I just wanted to share that the EZ Detail Brush has great customer service.

I sent to them:

Hi.

Hi Josh,

Thank you for your email.

I'm very sorry the tip came off. We've made great effort to prevent that from happening. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I will send you some tips, glue (2 drops in the tip should do) and also a new brush.

Good to know. I have mine for over a year now with no problems. Others have had problems with the tip coming off and just used the liquid rubber in a can. Looks like they are sending you a new brush, can't beat that kind of customer service.
 
Yes they are a great company to deal with.
 
There is no better customer service treatment than Autogeek. :D
 
almost two years old and I still have my tip attached, nice to see it was repaired quickly.
 
Their brush is good. Thanks to you nice to know their customer service is good as well.
 
can you pm me that EZ rep's email? my whole handle for my EZ brush broke off... =/
