Hey
I am getting my trailer wrapped due to the paint being in very poor quality (old graphics left marks paint peeling)

I need help on what to put in my trailer wrap.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

pictures, writing. etc.

clean... you want to present an image that is clean but stylish...

or find a theme and go all out...

Luckily i was in an AP Art class through highschool and won money for college for my artistic abilities. Came in second place in all of Virginia and missed winning $36,000 scholarship....but now im going to help you lol

Simplicity is key, we want to catch potential costumers and you don't want them straining to see what you are advertising. Find a comfortable font that has its own edge/personality(something sharp and clean), but not wingdings hahh

Color Scheme- take a look at sports teams and there logo colors. Find two or 3 colors that compliment each other

Logo- well if you have ever seen the Infinity car comercials, there is a simple little "3 line sketch" they use to show the outline of the cars. If you have an artist in your area and have a favorite car shape, let them draw you one up.

Of course, you already know this, make sure that phone number is Gigantic haha. I also found that some people are weird and dont like to call. Throw an email on there too if you want.

Overall, make the trailer look so professional that its ridiculous(not tacky of course lol). If you can make it look like a big deal, then people will want to know all about it

Here is my logo.

I have the guy making the trailer doing the main design.

All I need to come up with is some pictures, writing.

So far I have

Gosh that M6 has got me sold. I love the challenger, but the BMW just begs people to get there ride detailed

yeah a BMW seems like a more prestigious type of detailing business to me

:iagree: Heck when i saw that picture, i was about to ask you to detail mine lol

I am just wondering do you think that will turn away customers with cheaper cars?

no, i would use a sillohuette of a car for a 2 tone...

like the car on the bottom in black, with a light to bright blue fade to the top...

make sure people will see and and know you wash all the way to full detail, so they can see they do need your services...

I wouldn't think that cheaper cars would 'turn' people away. A more sophisticated car gives you a more professional look and will help lure people in more. A purple challenger probably doesnt look as 'high end' as a black bmw, thus giving people a quick idea that you are more like one of those mexican chop shops ( don't want to be racist but sadly, people do think that way) rather than a detailer that knows what hes doing.

Yea, as much as I love that charger I agree that the BMW is a better look for a detailing business

Hey, do you plan on leaving the background white??? just wondering.

Well i was gonna say, if it were possilbe, would you every do a black background with maybe a white M6??? I thought that would look stylish and very very professional.

And if you did a black background, it would draw the person's eyes to the center where all the info and pictures are located. Sorta like baiting a fish haha

That is a pretty good idea.

The guy making the wrap has a program where he makes it on his computer and it shows you exactly how it will look on the trailer.

So I can try a few different colors and what not and then choose which ones I like.

I was thinking black and another color like maybe purple to match my logo

ohhh yea you could def do a variety of things. You should try to get some pictures of what the prototypes look like!

I just started with him pretty much today. I spoke with him yesterday but he came and made measurements today. I am waiting for a quote.

He was recommended by a good friend of mine and he is inexpensive and does great work.

Once I get some prototypes I will be sure to post them.

hey sounds great. I believe whatever design you create will be a great one. Good luck with the process !!!!!!!!
