Does anyone use alcohol to clean their windshield that is treated? i know they state on their site that any cleaner can be used, but i fear that the alcohol or ammonia based cleaners would harm the treatment... thoughts? suggestions?
 
If your windshield is treated with Aquapel or a wax/sealant that bonds to glass, using alcohol to clean the glass afterwards will kill the treatment. I put a coat of Klasse AIO on my glass quite often and when I do, I use a waterless wash or a quick detailer to clean my glass. I'm afraid that even Stoner Invisible Glass or any other glass cleaner will just strip away the protection.
 
i completley neglected the thought of ONR mixed up...
 
i used alcohol before applying aquapel. after application the glass is easier to clean than ever and i usually use onr at qd dilution to clean with a waffle weave towel.
 
ok, that should work... i tried onr mixed at qd tonight and it seemed to work good anyway...
