Car was in fairly decent shape. Other than needed a wash there were a few very light surface marks and a few swirls. I got roughly 95 precent of them out.
Process
"A4 and "1.8t" emblems removed
Wash wheels/tires using Eagle One Wheel cleaner, wheel mitt, and tire brush
Wash wheel liners using Carrand Brush and Meg's APC cut 4:1
Wash car using Meguiar's Gold Class, Carrand MF Wash Mit and "finger foams"
Dry using pressurized air and The Absorber
Clay car using Meguiars Mirror Glaze Mild
Wheels clayed
Lips polished with Mothers
Wheels waxed with DP Max Wax
Mezerna Intensive Polished at 1500-2000 RPM, Lake Country White CCS Pad
3m Ultrafina on a blue Ultrafina pad at 1200-1500 rpm
Car wiped down with P21s paintwork cleansing lotion
Waxed with Pinnacle Souveran Paste
Mufflers and tips polished with Mothers
Windows cleaned with Stoner Invisible Glass
Liners and rubbers dressed with Meguiars Trim Detailer
Tires dressed with Meguiars Endurance Tire Shine
All MF's used were of the Cobra variety
The front buffer was not buffed because it is getting repainted
Before... slight surface swirls and a little bit of hazing in a few places

Car looks great. Where do you get the green tape? I've been looking all over and can't find it. Been using the blue tape instead.

I get it from a local supplier for the cool price of around 6 bucks a rool

Arnold Motor Supply is a great place as far as I'm concerned. Their employees don't know much when it comes to paint correction (I wouldn't expect them to) however, I've found that at least in the state of Iowa they're the best supplier I can find. I wonder if they're nation-wide?

might of seen that car zippin down UNI avenue before?

never been in Arnold Motor Supply before , do they have much detailing stuff?

arnolds carries all the megs and 3m products and some of the wizards products.

Nice job, but one question. Why did you use a wax on the wheels? Wheels will get hot and with a wax, attract dust and hold the brake dust. Why not a sealant? Opps, two questions.

I guess I never thought of that. Good tip. I'll throw some #20 on them tomorrow as the car is still in my possession
