I need a new glass polish. Something to remove the marks wipers make in a winshelid. The enznitte and Zanio glass polish do not cut it. Any opinions or a good process to polish out glass imperfection/extereme water spots?

I use Griot's Glass Polish which is excellent. It can be used by hand or machine. Another, less expensive option to try first is use the polish sold in grocery stores for glass top ranges. That also leaves a surface coating that seems to repel water.

Have you tried to use a clay bar then a fine polish such as SSR1.

You might try something like Klasse AIO.

:iagree:

KAIO is a very good cleaner for windows.

If you need a little kick, I've heard people use vinegar, apply with MF towel, and rub lightly with 0000 steel wool. Then follow up with a polish.

Use a polish that also works on glass, such as one of the Poorboy's Super Swirl Removers. Try it with a white, orange, or yellow pad. Chances are you will have to use yellow or orange.

I still have an Autogeek Lake Country Glass Polishing Pad....I really have to give that a try sometime soon and let you pimps know how it is.

I was just gonna start a thread on this!
Does Poli-seal work well in place of KAIO for regular cleaning? My wind shield is full of pits (the car is 12 years old) whats the best product to help deal with this? Lastly, I read Duragloss glass polish is good, any opinions on this stuff?

All the polishes mentioned are not intended to remove scratches from glass they are way too weak you need the Caswell Glass Polishing Kit.

There was a great review over on autopia done by one of the well respected pros about the LC glass polishing system. Autogeek sells it, so maybe check out the review and then pick it up.
