I do NOT see how you all do this everyday for a living. Yesterday morning at 6:30 a.m., I started on a black Chevy Venture. My process was wash, clay, M105, M205. Klasse AIO, liq sov. Granted this van was in pretty bad shape with swirls, pine sap, etc. but it was for my boss so I wanted to do a good job. By the way 105/205, awesome.

Anyway, after 8 hrs, I'm finally done but I cannot move. I am so sore and tired, the rest of the day was used recuperating and taking in fluids from a bullet shaped silver can, ha. My regular job is suit and tie everday so I know I'm not used to 100 degree weather for 8 hrs straight (only 2 small breaks) but I didn't think it would almost kill me. I know I'm old ( when I go out to eat they make me pay upfront, ha), and I'm in shape (pear is a shape right?) but man that was hard.

Anyway, I tip my hat to all of you, and I thank you so much for all of your help on this forum.

Your not the only one. I still can't walk or stand up fast after a detail. That's what happens from college football and 4 surgeries. Sad thing is, I'm only 33. You'll get used to it. As time goes on, you'll modify your technique to make it easier on your body.
