I am sure you all know this if you have placed an order with AG but I have to say it as well, the customer service here is second to none.

I just place an order for the new 7424XP, M105, M205 and various LC pads. I had a couple of questions regarding the price matching policy so I fired off some emails to Meghan and now everything is on the way.

Thanks again Meghan and all at Autogeek.

Thanks Doug but just doing my job! Great Customer service should be expected when you order from any company, Max wouldn't have it any other way here at the Autogeek. I appreciate your business and everyone else's, you all have choices and I am glad you choose us! I love my job and love helping you all out, you guys make it easy on me, it's a great group here! :grouphug:
 
i would also like to point out... let's not forget the staff who packs the orders as well, they do such a great job of preventing damage to the products...
 
I prob ordered about 500 dollars worth of items in the last month, and in my last order Meghan stashed SSR1 and SSR2 in there. When I opened it I smiled--This place is awesome!

In today's economy when others are fighting to earn every dollar to keep afloat, I commend Autogeek for being the epitome of a company with enthusiastic customer service.

Meghan has become my personal secretary. :)

I just received an order of Meguiars gallons that were price matched to a competitor price that did not include the bonus offer. Not only did I receive the match, but Meghan also shipped the bonus MF towels with the order. I didn't expect that, Meghan.

I'm a businessman. I shop for value and quality, combined with service and appreciation for my patronage. If you find a better price, bring it to Autogeek. They match it and include all the extras, plus the enthusiastic customer service.

I wait patiently everyday for your calls! :work: Just don't tell Max about the time we are spending together when I should be doing something, like working hard... and tending to Autogeek business!:p
 
Now that I have your attention. Does that bug sponge you offer remove wax and or sealants?

You would think so, but sadly that's not been the case in my experience. Great customer service sometimes goes farther than great products (not saying AG doesn't have great products).

you would think, but there are a few online vendors (and other places for that matter) that i didn't have the best service i've felt i could have gotten. their loss, i won't be spending anymore $'s with them anymore...
 
Autogeek is definitely my number one source for my detailing supplies!
