I'm debating between Wolfgang's DGPS and Zaino. Which makes the paint more slippery and beads water better? Also, which one is easier to apply on a black car? Thanks.

DGPS is the winner for application. Zaino has more slickness. Zaino has more intense water beading action, but DGPS is damn decent, as well. Zaino is a brighter, more shiny-looking shine with more intense reflections. DGPS has a darker, deeper, swirl-hiding shine that tries to look like a good carnauba wax. Looks are purely subjective so I will leave it at that.

I have been using the Zaino line for several years now and some of their products will always have a place on my detailing shelf, mainly Z-AIO, Z-CS, and the Z-6 Quick Detailer. Call me a traitor, but I LOVE to setup a coat of Z-AIO as a durable base and to clean up old paint protection, and then apply a coat of Wolfgang DGPS. Yes, it's kind of an expensive way to go, but it makes for an excellent winter weather combination.

I think DGPS has a slicker feel and is easier to use. Zaino will last longer though.

thats a hard question to justify on a site that does not sell Zaino. Both are very different in looks and application and likely will come down to personal preference. Wolfgang offers the look of a wax and easiest to use with a simple shake, apply, and remove design.

Having never used Zaino, tough to say, but WGDS is a breeze to put on, take off and gives a great shine, slick feel and decent durability. Can't go wrong with it IMHO.

I have Z2 Pro & WGDGPS 3.0. I like WG better. As it's easy to apply & wipe off. IMO WG is also slicker too. Looks just as good & clear shine.

How about this - use Zaino as your winter sealant, and stick with Wolfgang 3.0 for summer.
