Hi,

I'm from Montreal/Quebec in Canada.
I'm still new to detailing but I always loved to take care of my car but the difference now, is that I know the good techniques to clean, wax, buff, etc... And that is really good to know! :D

I recently bought a PC7424XP and I'm trying to learn all the tips/techniques I can.

Really great and interesting forum!

Sorry for my english, I speak french in life.

The pictures were taken after a professionnal have washed, polished and waxed my car. I was really impressed with the result, so now I want to be able to do that ( at least the best I can ) by myself.

Welcome to AG and nice ride you have there. Don't worry about keeping up with the quality of the Pro's who detail cars... like most things in life, the Pro's have to watch the clock to make money, the amateurs have all the time in the world to do it "perfectly". I don't mean the Pro's aren't doing a superb job, just that they can't continually tweak and tweak and tweak like the amateur can.

Your English is just fine.... infinitely better than my French for sure! :xyxthumbs:

Also...I recognize your area, but can't put a name on it...You'll defenitely love what the folks here have to bring. Lots of knowledge here to gain!

Thanks! :) I love my car, I try to keep it clean.
I don't want to be as good as a pro, but I'll try to do my best, it's gonna be enough for me.

The area isn't on the MTL's island but "en banlieu" of Montreal.

I am Canadian but really lack in the french language department, so if excuse the translation is wrong :p Despite growing up in a house where that was spoke all the time.
