My name is J.R., I am from Myrtle Beach, S.C. and I enjoy long walks on the ...... errr wrong forum.

I am currently new to the detailing world, other than spending countless dollars on so called professionals and never being satisfied with the results (first day is great, next week not so much)!

I have a custom built off-road jeep/buggy that my wife and I tow across the country on our down time. I weld, fabricate, and wrench on all my own vehicles, and I am more comfortable cutting a frame in half and welding a new one in, than I am taking a buffer to a cars paint!

I've just placed a large order on a PC bundle, and if it does not turn out right, I will be needing contact info for a detailing professional within a days drive from here! <---- not kidding either! I did a doozy on my wifes '08 black jetta with some self made "rail dust" *whoops* parked it a little too close to my shop! The metal is gone, but the paint is just a bit, okay a good bit micro-marred and swirled. 3 detailers same results.... Time to try it on myself.

Sweet, welcome to the forum, love Myrtle Beach, I spend sometime there in Litchfield and Surfside.

Well that is right down the road from me. I'm a paramedic/firefighter for Murrells Inlet-Garden City Fire-Rescue, so I am more than familar with those areas...!

Great, I rented a house this summer in North Litchfield but my uncle lives in Surfside, then have an aunt in North Myrtle. Fun place to be!
