Good Guys Car Show Kc

I just went to the Good Guys car show in Kansas City, held at the Kansas Speedway. It was awesome, its definitely a must see event if you live in the area. It rained most of the morning, but there were still a lot of cars that showed up. Here are a few of my favorite pictures.

Yeah, those things are very unique. But there are a lot of people that hate them too. I love them, they are "works of art" to me. The whole rat rod culture is starting to expand more and more. My dad has a 1930's international truck, that eventually we are gonna turn into a rat rod. But, right now its just sitting in field waiting.

Very cool pictures. My guess "Rat Rods" is the natural look of the wasted paint and rust? It is very interesting. Do they fix up the interiors or leave that as is?

From what I seen, they don't fix up the interiors either on the rat rods. They are just as rough looking as the exteriors. They usually keep it pretty simple.

I know I'm chiming in SUPER late, but just did a search for Kansas city and this popped up. Is that a yearly show out here or a one'n'done deal? I'd be interested to go out and chat with some people about techniques and products! I didn't know there were so many KC'ers here! I smell a get together!

Yeah, this is an annual show in KC, usually in September. Google the GoodGuys website and it should give you the full nation wide car show schedule for this organization.
