Hello, my name is Chris. I've been lurking/searching through the forums for a few months now but this is my first post.
I just started getting serious about detailing cars last spring. I had an 08 Pontiac G6 GXP that I decided I wanted to make "look nice" after a brutal winter. Two cool things happened that day - first, I found that it didn't seem like work with some good music and few beers; second, a little hard work made the car look awesome!
I don't have the G6 anymore. I traded it in for a raven black 09 Cadillac CTS and that changed everything. Through reading forums I ended up getting very serious about exterior car care. I've gained enough experience that I now have a DA polisher, sever, several different products to choose from depending on what my goals are, and have gotten good enough that I'm going to start my own little business on the side next spring to help pay off the caddy.
Anyways, that's my story and I'm looking forward to reading and learning more through these forums.
