so I have been doing some reading on here on the use of leaf blowers to help aid in the drying of a vehicle. I want to purchase one but do not know much about them. Could some of you tell me which one you would recommend? would like a battery powered one, but honestly don't know how much ommph it would have. Anyone ?

I picked up a 7 amp Craftsman off Ebay for under $20. I love it, just right for drying the truck and light cleaning in the garage. If you go with an AC model be sure to use it on a GFCI circuit.

I have an electric Toro I purchased at Lowes a few years ago. Once you use a leaf blower there's no going back.

Buy a small air compressor they are not too expensive and it works very well.works good in spots where water gets caught in small areas:xyxthumbs:

I used an air compressor before going to a leaf blower. It works great for blowing water out cracks and hard to get to spots but not for drying most of your car.

I have to Toro Ultra 225 (225mph)

I do not know what the price was but it works great.

I must be the only one but I have a Toro blower...doesn't move a drop! Car is waxed. Back to the Guzzlers.
