i found this at HD last week. I used it around the wheels, and to get down in to some cooling vents. i would still like AG to start carrying those other brushes, because i am not thrilled about the metal band on mine. but it work good for now.

Matt, that brush is nice. The quality is good and it's a very large brush. But the actual brush isn't as large as the other two I posted, and the handle is REALLY long which makes it uncomfortable to use on wheels.

I have to agree. The handle is a bit long....long is good in that it can sit in the bucket and be easy to grab, but I end holding it hear the base due to the length when using it on lug nuts or inflation tubes on the wheel.

It's a good, no, GREAT brush. I don't think there are any negatives about this brush. The length I'd put is a neutral really as it can be useful if you're trying to reach in and use it to clean the caliper and also makes it easy to grab from the bucket.

I would definitely like to see the Swissvax brushes carried by AG.

I bought one to use on my wheels, works great. But can anyone verify if it is safe to use on paint without scratching? I'm thinking about getting another one for cleaning around the emblems.

If it isn't, then I'm in big trouble because that one has a nice reach for door jambs and stuff. The bristles are extremely soft so it doesn't offer much scrubbing/cleaning power, but I wouldn't hesitate to use that on paint and to clean emblems and trim and stuff.

....I have purchased and use the 1" BRB pictured from AG (it works great). However, I agree that an assortment of others like this would be welcome. ....and I would likely buy them vs. going elsewhere (which is what I do now). I like having an assortment of different brushes for various tasks.

I too use this brush for the wheels and it is excellent. Well balanced and really delicate on the wheels. I have not tried it on paint itself as I normally try to stray from that sort of thing.

I also used the Zymöl brush, and though I did not have the issue with the hairs falling out, though the white ring around it did crack after about 10 uses.

Swissvax brush work very well, but it tends to crack overtime...I'm testing Raceglaze brushes right now...no experience with Zymol brushes here...
