Wolfgang Fuzion OR Pinnacle Souveran...help me...

I am very curious to know which is which.

Souveran Paste:

If there is a difference in appearance in the 2 pictures I think it's more a result of different lighting than the wax. Both waxes are very good and are both easy on and easy off. I like the smell of Souveran Paste the best. On a well polished car the difference in looks that a wax makes is way over rated.

you certainly wont have to sell me , I am a diehard Souveran Paste fan and prefer the depth and glow it offers. Its not as durable as fuzion but certainly one of my "must have" waxes. Fuzion, Supernatural are others indeed.

A jar of Souveran or Fuzion will offer more than 30 applications on normal size vehicles. The sampler is around 5 with Fuzion and 2 with Supernatural. Just for a frame of reference.

Souveran doesnt mute metallics but does not enhance them either. Fuzion with more modern polymers offers a wet experience that is pleasing on metallics. If you want to save some $$ try the Pinnacle SSII wax or kit as a nice "other" option too. (sorry didnt mean to toss more at ya) :props:

It is probably just me, but the overall reflections seem muted a bit with the souveran.

Can you compare the durability between the two?

The picture with the Souveran Paste was in direct sunlight and the picture with Fuzion is in the shade. The different lighting affects how the picture comes out. I think if you applied both waxes on the same highly polished paint it would be very hard to tell them appart in the same lighting. I think Fuzion wins in terms of durability. Do a good job polishing your car and it will look great no matter what you put on it.

Here's a different picture with Souveran Paste on it in the shade. The lighting makes a big difference.

Fuzion will probobly be closer to Zaino in looks than Souveran will, so if your tired of Zaino, go with Souveran.

i always seem to go back to souveran. it just has such a nice warm glossy look . im amazed everytime i use it.. i just love it ...

.

I don't think Fuzion looks anything like Zaino. Fuzion has the warm glow of a carnauba wax. Zaino does make your paint shine but I don't like the look you get with it. Between Zaino and Fuzion I would definitely get Fuzion.

:iagree:Zaino will give you that hard candy shine. Some like it, some don't. I'm a nuba kind of guy, but have tried many sealants.

I agree with most post. For black I do Love the Souveran. Maybe put some Wolf Gang Deep gloss Paint Sealant on,then top with the Souveran or Fusion. I use the Souveran Liquid as my go to wax for detailing. It make s everything have the deep wet shine! JMO

I agree that you can't go wrong with either one. Ultimately if I had to choose between the two, I would go with Fuzion as it is more versatile. I prefer to use Souveran on a garage queen, but I think I'm going to try it on the S2000 next since I don't mind waxing it more often.

Good info guys...I am leaning towards the souveran for now.

Why not just get both?:dblthumb2:
Never tried Souveran, but I LOVE my Fuzion. You can't go wrong with either one so buy which ever goes on sale first.

Thanks for deepening the confusion guys!!! I'm having this debate also. I have a 14 year old BMW with black paint. I have used the Wolfgang system with great results. Now I'm looking at a high end wax for a terrific shine. I was debating between the Souveran and the Fuzion, I guess the debate goes on!!!!

If you like using a carnauba wax the Souveran provides a very deep and reflective look with two coats if the black paint is properly prepare. Heck, it has been used on cars that win at Pebble Beach. IMO the Fuzion protection lasts longer with two coats and the look is deep and glossy. Both are excellent choices.

Maybe try this,works for me.
When you have to make a hard decision flip a coin
WHY?
Because when that coin is in the air
YOU SUDDENLY KNOW WHAT YOU WANT.

I would go with Fuzion. I have both and love both. But Fuzion for 175 you get 2 8 oz containers making $87.50 per 8 oz instead of $95.

Like you, I was a Zaino fan. I especially like the Souveran paste wax over Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant. So, my choice would be Souveran!

I was a Zaino for years also then I went to wolfgang products I use Fuzion and I like it never tried Pinnacle. This can get you crazy Im the MAN
