My Newly Re-done Garage

Very Nice! :dblthumb2:

Questions for you...Is there a drain in each stall or just the one?

Do you know where it drains to?

I'd love to have a drain in my next garage! Im the MAN

Two of the stalls have a drain. Why the third doesn't, its all my fault (for some stupid reason I told the builder we didn't need it, and wife never lets me forget it).

Drains just lead to sand under/outside the garage area, not a pipe to the outside.

Floors are pitched in such a way to lead water/slush/etc to the drains.

Awesome! Thanks for the reply! :props:

That seems to be the way to go $$$ wise! It's not like I'd ever be washing more than 1 car a week anyway.

Nice job! You used the same epoxy on the floors that I did with my parents new house, great stuff and really makes cleanup a breeze. Now if only we had more space like yours, out of the 3 bays my car (2 door 'vert) is the only one that has any real space around it haha.

Nice Man Cave. Add the big screen TV and you never have to leave!

Very nice garage! I almost never see a garage with drains in the floor.

The advantage to designing my own house I guess. I had drains and a hot and cold hose spigot installed during the build. The garage re-do was this year (four years after moving in).

Awesome. I epoxied my garage, but left the flakes out because they annoyed me the last time I had them. Great job, good luck keeping it that neat!

If you haven't done the clear coat on top of the epoxy, I highly recommend it. It made a world of difference at our shop.

Very nice job on the garage.:goodjob2: I would kill for a garage like that. I have a one car that is filled with so much junk, that I couldn't even dream of getting a car in there.:awman::cry:

Actually we did top it off with the clear coat and grit for traction. Grit works great if its only plain water. Word of caution though, when the water also is mixed with DP rinseless wash, make sure you can do the splits, or you will hurt something like me Im the MAN
