Detail - 08 cbr1000rr

[ICEMAN]

used Bike Spirits Bike Polish to clean the entire bike. Then buffed the plastic with my 3" buff pad out of the 3M headlight kit and Menzerna Nano Finish Polish.

Bike only has 600 miles on it. just wanted it polished before he put it away.

pics were taken with my phone, and there were yellow lights in the building, so that kinda killed the color. Its a VERY bright metallic yellow. and black. a lot of flat black plastic too. VERY sexy bike tho!!! these bikes feel and handle like a stock 600. which is rare for a liter bike! and they wheelie like a dirt bike! it weighs about 390lbs dry and has about 185hp.

he had already cleaned and lubed the chain a few hundred miles ago. Always lube it first, b/c youll overspray the rim and sprocket and swingarm.

Nice detail I am going to have to do mine when it warms up...I have the same bike but in metallic silver wish I could ride it again but it's 21 degrees outside so there will be no riding for a few more months.

thx! its actually yellow. the lighting in the garage was yellow, so it didnt do so well on my phone its a very bright metallic yellow.
