Should I use the paintwork cleansing lotion after using swirl remover and finishing polish?

No need if you polish your paint correctly.

It's an awesome product and very easy to use.I use it sometimes before a car show just to clean up the paint and give it some nice gloss again .

I too love the product. I find it best for those times inbetween polishing when you want to remove all of one product or sealant and move to another.
