are there some name brands that you use to clean the vinyl interrior with and it brings out like the lines in the vinyl almost like how leather gets lines.

Meguiar's All Purpose Cleaner Plus. Dillute 10:1 with distilled water and clean with an interior brush or get a pedicure brush. Wipe clean with a MF cloth and use your favorite protectant.

Something like this?

the interrior of my car. it is a 2003. it just seems like the lines in the vinyl are coming out. could it be cracking it. almost like the pores of the vinyl. I am using blackfire interrior cleaner (I know its competitor but its the only non auto geek product I dont use)

When you say "lines coming out" do you mean some type of stitching or threads?

Can you take a picture to show us?

Is it isolated to heavy wear areas? Like places you touch with your skin? Maybe you need to agitate the areas you're cleaning with a gentle brush to really deep clean?

sorry for being so complicated. the vinyl dashboard get lines or like cracks in it. almost like wear lines. I dont know if it is just clean or what. leather gets those wear lines in it, its like that but only on vinyl. I thought if it was something that wasnt good I would dilute more. thanks.

If you're seeing a physical crack or separation in the surface then applying a dressing won't glue this or mend this back together.

If it's lines of accumulated dirt then a cleaner should emulsify and enable you to wipe off the accumulated dirt.

just to change subject for a moment, but often times an professional upholsterer can replace certain areas as needed. Vinylx always worked ok for me ...

u think I should try that or dp cleaner. my stuff cleans really good. at night you can see how sleek it is.

For a cleaning solution on vinyl/leather, I've always really liked the Woolite and Water solution. Usually I use it with warm/hot water and about 10-15:1 dilution.
