F-150(Complete Turn-around)

Looks amazing Dark! I love that color, it's almost a rally blue and the wheels really set the rest of the truck off. ;) Looking forward to more posts from you. By the way, which machine do you use for your correction work?
 
I really love to see nice professional work on daily drivers. You did a great job with the pics and the process documentation.

It is nice to see the exotic cars that some members have the opportunity to detail but I really love to see the daily drivers. There are a lot of hobbyists that will look at this and say I can do this to my DD as well. This detail is an inspiration to a lot of potential hobbyist.

Thanks for the compliments. I use a PCxp, w/ 5.5" pads (works well for me).

awesom job what did you do with your old hubcaps i just lost one of those maybe you kept them and i can contact you? Oh and by the way i hate those rims i have no idea on what to use on them to keep them from getting all pitted and "flat" looking any suggestions would be of much help.

Sorry I never responded to this sooner, but I just noticed it. Thanks for the compliment. Sorry, but no I did not keep the old center hubs. Wished I'd known you needed them, I would have definitely saved them for you. The only suggestions that I could offer for your stock wheels, is to clean them first and then polish them as best as you can with the same polishes used on paint, as they are clear coated (m105/m205 works well). Then seal them with PB World Wheel Sealant (or a paint sealant) if you already have the paint sealant. Thanks again and sorry I missed your post.
 
Man great turn around! Very nice all around detailing! On a side note I love correcting F150 paint, I find it to be one of the easiest paints to work with :)
