Pinnacle Bodywork Shampoo and Finish Kare 425

I'm pretty sure I already reviewed Pinnacle Shampoo....oh well.

So with my last purchase I was fortunate enough to receive some Pinnacle Bodywork Shampoo samples. Now I've used this shampoo before, and its my absolute favorite. I used the entire sample (2oz) for the one wash today. I started by cleaning my wheels with DP Xtreme Foam in the Foam Gun and for some reason I figured I'd start filling up my bucket with soap and water before I finished the wheels. Now I had three more wheels to go, but a bucket full of soap and water. Despite sitting for about 10 minutes while I cleaned the wheels the foam was still sitting on top nicely, though I did shoot a little more water in, but it wasn't really needed. The soap has the most amazing tropical smell that I've ever smelt. I would seriously wash myself with this stuff due to how nice it smells....I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. The 2oz was extremely well lubricated and offered great protection through out the wash. I seriously missed using this stuff, and I hope it goes on BOGO soon as its my favorite soap of all time.

This was my first time using Finish Kare 425. I love smelly things, as you can see from above and at first was quite disappointed with how delicious it looked, but failed to deliver much of a smell (in the bottle). Well when I first sprayed it, it just came to life! The smell was great. I used it as a drying aid, and will only be using it for that reason on my car. It left a decently slick finish, and after a ride around town I don't see as much dust build up as usual. when this bottle runs out I'll be purchasing a larger size to refill this bottle. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a good QD at a great price.

What dilution did you use for the Pinnacle soap?

The AG web site says:

This is what we refer to as a high-yield shampoo. The concentrated formula creates 3-4 gallons of wash water per ounce of shampoo.

The bottle I have says something like

1/2 ounce creates a bucket full of suds...

i buy pinnacle bodywork shampoo but the gallon . and i use the pump in the container. every wash i do i use 3 pumps for my 5 gallon bucket which is 3 ounces. it this is perfect!!!!. buy the way this is the only shampoo i use!!!! truly the best...d/p i use in the foam gun.. thats great too

I love Bodywork Shampoo! I just wish it was cheaper or it would go on BOGO. I used one sample bottle for two washes - one ounce for roughly 2 and 1/2 gallons of water. Got some beautiful sudsing! Great shampoo.

If you like the smell of several nice detailers, try Crystal Mist, Optimum, and even Megs 135. While I love the look and outcome of Four Star Spray Wax, it smells like bug-spray and needs some more pleasurable scenting. Zaino Z8 is delicious scented too ..

Zaino is too complicated for my mind...too many products and brief description IMO

Just a quick update, the 425 has definitely been repelling dust. By now my black paint would look like it would need to be washed again, but it doesn't....I absolutely love this product.
