I don't know why he hasn't been around? I mean he used to post all the time and try to help people out. :( I only know of 2 other people with higher a higher post count than him. I sure would like to see some updated pictures added to this thread.
 
Knocked out a quick wash and wax in the shop today.

83° outside but a nice cool 63° in the shop ;)

Your garage is my dream!

I did a detail for a guy the other day that has a 3 bedroom home with 4 car garage on it. Plus a detached 3 car garage. I was in awe! lol He had more garage space than living space.

And by the looks of that garage I bet you do as well!

Yeah I LOVE the coating on the floor. I can drop my clay or MF and pick it right back up and keep working. It really is that clean.

Yeah you don't have to tell me. Its getting really crowded now that the Camaros are out of hibernation. Only room for about 10 cars now...

I love the shop. Actually if I wouldn't have met my wife when I did, I would be living in something very similar to what you have there. Wanted ever since I was 13 and went 4 wheeling at one of my dads buddy's place. He had 45 acres and lived in the top half of his garage. It was amazing....the perfect bachelor pad.

I tried telling my wife it would look the same inside as a house would once the drywall was up but she didn't like the idea of living in a "barn".

One day I'll have my building......one day.......

Can you tell me what you used on the floor or do I have to read through all 24 pages?

Shoot, forget living in the top half...I'd just throw a bed and some furniture in a couple of the garage bays...

edit: OK I can't be that mean, we use U Coat It on the floor. Expensive but well worth it.

niiiiiiiiiice ! i know its almost 4,000 s.f.. what are the dimensions ? did you ever consider using a metal building from general steel ?
