Another Body shop hack job

So i got some paint work done on my 2009 Ford f150 after i got it back i noticed a lot of compound sling all over the trim on the cowl panel. I couldnt remove it with soapy water or apc.How do i go about removing it Ipa wax and grease remover ???

Wax Blaster or Peanut Butter my help too.

APC should've done the trick, were you using a brush to agitate the area? If you did, you might want to consider adding a bit of concentration to your mix.

The oils in PB is just going to hide it, not remove it.
