Worst customer service ever happen in my life

Well one thing you have to remember is he is on the other side of the world and even in the internet age calling across the world can be expensive.

Oh well what needs to be taken care of will so what about a round of dodo juice sample pots for everyone.....who is paying? :)
 
Ag has the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. AG doesn't look to just meet a customer's expectations they look to exceed a customers expectations.
Last year I had a problem with the Shamrock mf towels (some of you might recall). AG gave me a full no questions asked refund and didn't even want me to send back the Shamrocks in question (and there were quite a few of them that were still unused). Not only did they give me a refund which I used to purchase different towels they ceased selling those Shamrocks and offered everyone else a full refund.
CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT GET BETTER THAN THAT....NOT EVEN IN YOUR DREAMS. As for Meghan she thrives on satisfying customers. I believe that if Meghan had to go without food she would flurish on all of the positive energy that she creats by satgisfying customers. If you don't experience the feeling of customer satisfaxtion after dealing with Meghan,Dwayne or any of the other people at AG than the problem has got to be with you, and you should seek proffesional help with your problem.

it would have been nice if you wanted to see if (and i know they would)AG would fix what problem you had before you bad mouthed them. they do what needs to be done to make customers happy. there was a time a few years ago i had issues going on in personal life and took it out on AG cause i caught an overlap in deals and i jumped on it. well it did take alittle bit of time but it all worked out. and when i say alittle bit of time i mean only like a week cause i had to wait for my order to get to me to see if i had all products i should have. if any of you remember it was in 08. 2for1 on souveran plus weekend special of 20% off. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE

As stated, English isn't his first language. Heck, its not even his second or third. Its his FOURTH!!!! For it being his fourth language, I think he is communicating wonderfully.

You know, There are many American & English staying at the same apartment to me. They are living here for more than 10-15years, they cant say or write a proper full sentence of their second language. What do you want to call them then?

You know English is not my first language, However, I expected most of you understand what i wrote here.

I hope You will learn a new language in near future, We will see who is an idiot on that time. :xyxthumbs:

AG is a long standing and well respected company. As with all companies they have problems from time to time.....and they handle those problems exceptionally well.
You can't please all people all the time.....
Again without at least trying to resolve the issue without blasting your comments on the forum is bad form.
It doesn't matter how many languages you speak, or what part of the world you are from.....

Ahwil, I know you are far to inteligent to hold this guys comment against the rest of us americans, I DO KNOW that you know we are not all as ignorant as he is. However I am embarrassed that he would make such a comment! (looks bad for the rest of us)...

I must tell you my friend, I am one of the biggest AG fans you will ever find. IMO AG has the BEST customer service I have ever found. To me, AG staff and forum members are like family!!! I think there must have been some kind of miscommunication in this particular case. I have had nothing but exemplary service and the utmost oustanding dealings with AG (and trust me I have had many dealings with ALL of the AG staff). All that being said; I do not condone the comments made by a certian previous person:props:
 
ive been dealing with (autogeek) for years and not once had 1 thing to even get me alittle mad.nothing!!!! no one should call out autogeek because they dont get an emailed returned.. allways try calling them .
 
wow the reason i said that is because of what he did! He came on to here at first to bad mouth AG, If he had handled it the right way and was calm and collective about what is going on i would not have said that but instead he started out with bad mouthing AG im sorry i did not read any of his other post where he stated he did not know proper English.. If i went to his country bad mouthing something he likes in English im sure i would be called names as well.
