What happens when you 'cart' something but it goes off special?

I have something in my cart that is no longer on special, however the cart still reflects the said special.

Does someone at AG kick it out as a bad deal? Just curious. :hungry:
 
If its a pricing thing it may or may not update; if it is a bogo it will not go through. This is my understanding. If it was on BOGO a short time ago PM Megan and she may help you out.

Yeah It's not a BOGO item. It's a package deal from the previous weekend that I had been contemplating.
 
It won't let you purchase it when you go to check out. I just had the same thing happen. A warning came up and said it was no longer BOGO. When I clicked OK, it was taken out of the cart.

This happened to me recently - no warning that the BOGO had expired. Just went through as a non BOGO deal/price which should or maybe has been fixed.

Interesting. Clicking checkout let's me enter my info. I wonder if it kicks it back if I try and complete the transaction. It's no big deal anyway. :)

most of the packages from last weekend were 1 day specials for Memorial Day. I might suggest calling in Monday to see if the deal can be honored for a forum member.
 
I know when I wanted to order the WG kit on special last weekend, but my battery on my phone died, so I did not complete the sale. I then ordered it when I got to the house, but it was past midnight. Checkout adjusted the price to the "new" special (Griots polisher), but when the confirmation email came, it showed I purchased the newer special. Fortunately the outstanding customer service of AG fixed the problem and allowed me to purchase the WG kit.
