Me and my friend got a visitor from Germany,Axel Schnarrenberger, one of the big guys from Menzerna GMBH. Axel spent two days with us and tried to teach us some things about Menzerna, both practical and theoretical.

Do I have to say it was great and very interesting? :dblthumb2:

Anyway, here are the pictures

Yes please share with us and are you in rockland county

We're all waiting!! There has to be allot more you learned in two days than less RPM :hungry: :hungry:

Less rpm is not a bad trick. I was using like 1000 rpm more then he did...

Is that it? This guy did not come from Germany just to tell you that. There must be more to the story.

Axel did spend almost most of the time with my friend, and they where talking business. But one thing that struck me, was that Axel used Power finish on 80% of all he's jobs(but with different pads). And almost finished with PO106FA, and this with 1500 rpm all the way. I will try this on my next detail.

Good combinations:

S500 Fast Gloss with white compounding pad
P203 Power finish with wool and white and orange foam
PO106 Super finish with white foam

The white finishing/light polishing is similar to white buff&shine, the orange is similar to LC orange, and the wool is something like LC foamed wool, but more cut. The white compounding foam is very stiff, similar to Meguiars burgundy?

Menzerna have a softer finishing pad, but Axel prefere to use a stiffer pad for finishing.
