ONR/ waterless wash?

Can I dilute ONR to make a waterless wash similar to DP waterless wash spray?
I'm looking for a spray product.

yes you can dilute any of these.

I think the OP meant can ONR be made to be used in a manner similar to DP Waterless Wash.... I do not believe it can. ONR is a no rinse product. I have not heard of anyone using ONR as a true waterless wash. Diluted to an instant detailer product, BOTH DP Rinse-less Wash & Gloss and ONR ROCK, but I wouldn't use a QD product to do a "wash". Just my 2 cents.
