From Canada with ... Grrrrr

I've posted my first order at AG on last 03 August, (my date of birth! :birthday

First of all: Order= 597.98, shipping= 57.50. It's look fair: Miami to Montréal !!

2 days later, an e-mail from AG telling me it's gonna cost me an extra of ... Drum Roll ... 160$ !! After a quick phone call with Nicole ( I think !! ??? - Very kind and she didn't laugh at my accent :laughing, i'ts a USPS extra charge for three 128oz products !! I accept the extra charges(with regrets) and then ... wait ... wait ... wait ...

I've received my order yesterday (23 August- 3 weeks later ) with a border charge: another 46$ !! :caflag:

I have nothing to say again the AG service, but USPS and Poste canada ... :bat:

And the final touch ... I've placed another 300$ order yesterday ... Im the MAN

Wow, those extra fees stink! You paid more in fees than I have on my last two product orders combined.

On another note, you just placed two orders totaling $1,000 worth of products in less than one month....I wish I had your wallet!!

I have to tell you if you used UPS to Canada it would have been three times worse. US Mail to Canada is about the best way to ship. Only solution I have is for you to cross over the line and join us in the states, then you would get free shipping! Or find a friend over the border to ship too, that is what a lot of our clients do. I am from Canada and have family there still, sometimes it cheaper just to visit them, rather then ship anything to them! :caflag:

In my fisrt order (600$), i've forgot to ask for the banner. In my second order (300$), i've mailed AG and tell theme about the forgotten banner. And you knoe what?? I will received it in my 300$ order :xyxthumbs:

Used to live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Used to play AXBL/CXBL Xtreme paintball league The North American Xtreme Paintball League. I would order several products for paintball that were much cheaper in the USA (30% cheaper sometimes!) i kept getting SCREWED on border costs. Finally i found the solution...

However... If you "Accidentally" cough "Accidentally" mark it as a Gift you would receive significantly less border fees... Just a thought, but you didn't get this information from me. I mean, maybe if your relative ordered a GIFT for you then you would save fees on border costs... (IF YOU KNOW what i mean) :dblthumb2:

I feel you guys, but i just found that eshine sell AutoGeek product and are located in Canada...And for us Québécois, there's only one tax in Ontario...

But like i've already said, AG is not the problem. I just dont understantd how delivery can cost me 200$ and taking 2 weeks for destination: Miami / Quebec = 26 hours !!

But you know what? Just forget about all this: AG rocks, deatilling is fun, life is short, cars are cool, ... And i can't wait to have 2 day's break to test my new products !!
