Why shouldn't shipping to Quebec cost less than France?

It seems to me that AG should have given advance notice to the cost of shipping. The extra charge does not make too much sense. AG should have known the cost of shipment in advance. They should have pick up the extra charge.
 
Whats wrong with Fedex? you can ship ground to Canada. you might want to look into that. if AG doesnt want to ship fedex you can ask them to box it up and fax/e-mail them a ground form that you set up online with a credit card. It's not that bad of a process. and was it the type of chemical that was being shipped or was it just because there was 128oz of it?

Im from east end montreal and i sometimes use eshine.ca. But the specials from AG are sometimes just too crazy.
I too have ordered all kinds from AG. Try orders less than 100$. Often you dont pay customs.

Fedex and UPS will jam you with the Border fees. The best bet, bare none, is to get the order shipped to the US and pick it up there.

At phone, AG's staff tell me it was only because of the 3 x 128oz!

That's what i'm gonna do. A member, living in Maine, offer me his help for my next order. It's a two hour drive, but Maine is so beautiful !! :p

They do tell me before shipping about the extras fees (By phone and by mail). But i wanted my stuffs so much !! IT,s just after the delevery that i realise that i paid near 30% of $$$ in shipping and border fees and 3 weeks of waiting.
