I think I held the owner of that 550i as a client very briefly. David? I recognize the drive way/garage. It was too dang far to travel once I moved out to Round Rock.

i think the paint is soft on that bimmer. how often did you wash it?

I only got a chance to do it once. Right after I took him on as a client I moved to Round Rock and my wife found out she was pregnant. She was sick the first 5 months pretty constantly so I more or less stopped detailing at that point.

Was I right about who it was? He's got some trees on his property that dropped pollen CONSTANTLY while I was washing the car. It was really a pain in the butt, I ended up just ignoring the pollen as much as I could and blew it all off after the car was dried with my shop vac in blower mode.

maybe , once i get pollen on cars i will know for sure :))
sounds like i may have to use the canopy and onr.
are you detailing now? as hobby or profession?
i should be tomorrow in rr to do a car

Just hobbyist level. I do a couple cars for clients who kept wanting to work with me in spite of my difficult schedule. A full time job and a kid at home keep my free time pretty much filled up.

Nice work.

I have to ask, what do you think you are getting by using Opti-Seal and topping that with Wet Diamond?

:xyxthumbs:

To be more precise, what do you think the Wet Diamond is adding to the Opti-Seal? Better depth, wetness, gloss etc?

optiseal gives "like mirror " look , with bfwd it gives some deep to the paint/color

Nice work! That DB9 is one of my favorite cars.
