I just got this stuff in my last shipment from AG. Was dying to try it because of what a buddy of mine had said to me. Unfortunately I didn't have a good candidate for using the product as I keep my car pretty much spotless, but the old wagon was just sitting in the driveway. It caught my eye and I could tell it was in need of some attention.

The '94 Subaru wagon was a hand-me-down from the GF's parents. It was washed frequently but I don't think it EVER got waxed. I also don't think the wheels had been touched except for replacing the tires every now and then. She just got a new car so we use it to haul the dog's and take trips to the hardware store.

Anyways, on to the review...

I took the hubcaps off today and it was no big surprise that they looked like this...

Probably about 10 years of baked on dust/grime/dirt.

I then sprayed on the Full effect and let it dwell for 2 minutes, You can see it dissolving away the dust and grime in this picture...

After a light agitation (wiping my fingers across the middle of the inside of the hubcap) and rinse this was the result...

After witnessing this product work on something that was this neglected and seeing phenomenal results I am amazed. Little to no effort needed to get great results.

I will update the thread with my experience on painted alloys as I have a detail coming up, but I have a feeling this stuff is worth its weight in gold.

Product packaging is nice with a comfortable sprayer design that works very well to make a nice even spray. I like this as it allows you to use less of the product.

Thanks a ton for the review on plastic hub caps. I have been wondering how well it would work on them.

Haha, dude no problem! To be honest I just couldn't wait to try the damn thing out! I'm glad I could help with your curiosity. :dblthumb2:

I love this stuff man!!! It works amazing, I love how the rims just bleed once its agitated. I got some pics but didn't want to hijack your thread.

Go for it man, I'm not worried about it as it was a product review. Just helps other people that may be on the fence see the capability of the product in one place Im the MAN

Here is the wheel before:

Letting it dwell and go to work:

Now this is my favorite part, after agitating the wheel bleeds out all impurity's:

Holy 4 X 4 status on that Viper!!! LOL! I'm definitely sold on this wheel cleaner. Can't wait to try it on my friends' cars (my rims never get that dirty TBH).

Nice cleaner. I will probably never ever get past the cost of it for an item that does just one job. I love items (like APCs) that do several jobs at different dilutions.

^ yeah, but the pix you could show to your customers speak volumes. It looks like miracle juice cleans away the neglect of the typical BMW owner...I'll never understand them and why they drive Bimmers in the first place when being an auto enthusiats is clearly the last thing on their minds...Label whores FTL.

Problem with APC's and wheel cleaning IMO is, they dry fast on the wheel and they don't foam when agitating. I really like how Chemical Guys Diablo gel foams and stays wet when agitated with water, but the cleaning power isn't that great.

Agreed I really like the Sonax cleaner because of a few things, the way it cleans, the ease in which it cleans, it's safe on all wheels and the clients reaction when I'm working at there house is awesome. When I'm working at home most of the time I'll use megs Wheel Brightener because Sonax is so pricey. I kinda use it as a show piece but it does work amazing!!

This wheel cleaner is not only a great product but its also cool to work with.

I realize that this thread is quite old, but I'm about to pull the trigger on some for my BMW, but I have a quick question. Given that I clean my wheels thoroughly every week, can Sonax be diluted at 1:1 or 2:1 with distilled water and still work well?

Thanks.Feed back please

I've had great success w/Sonax. I can't find the pictures right now, but I worked on a BMW this summer, wheels were horrible. Sonax took care of things and they turned out great.

Did you dilute it or use it straight? Given the cost, I'd really prefer to dilute it to get a little more "bang for the buck".
