just curious what everone prefers....and what units you useFeed back please

I use an extractor. It's safer to use temp wise and if you use very mild cleaners you'll never get into trouble and can conquer most dirt. I have a Bissel that's been going strong 10 years now. :buffing:

A steamer, does a better job in less time. Can be used on almost all of the car. Mine isn't a cheap $100 unit though.

what unit are you using? I'm looking at the vx5000

the vx5000 is nice and not that bad of a price $695 includes shipping...i've been looking to pickthis up just wondering what other people was using.......

Mine is an Unilux 3000. The vx5000 is a nice unit though.

Just ordered the Unilux 3000. Yeah not a cheap unit at all. had a cheaper steamer that worked alright before but this one seems like the real deal. I hate doing interiors and i feel like this will not only cut the time but make it a little bit more fun. How much faster is the leather cleaning going with this model?

ive looked at many different models and the vx5000 seams to be a go getter....now the unilux 3000 i have not seen at work or online. if you have a website for that model would love to look at it.....

Im not sure i can post links to other websites on the forum without breaking the rules so just go to google and type in vaporclean3000. it will come up

I use a cheap 100 Mcchualh and its ok. and I have a HP100 Mytee vac dual heat extractor. I got it with the trailer I bought when I got started. I would not buy an extractor before I had a good steamer! The steam works magic on anything even at home.
