I searched but could not find any information on the shelf life of products. I am most concerned about my supply of Menzerna and Klaase products.

One bottle of Menzerna notes a 24 month shelf life at ambient conditions. However, the manufacture date appears to indicate the material was made in 2007.

I was just curious. I cannot imagine any products go bad if stored properly but was unsure.

Any help or information you can provide would be helpful!

As long as products are kept in a "reasonable" environment they'll last "almost" indefinitely.

I've had liquid products for 10+ years and the only thing I had to do was to shake them in order to mix them. Product separation is the most common issue and a thorough mixing was all that was needed to make the product suitable for use.

I've had paste waxes last over 20 years....because I lost a can, only to find the product very usable.

Freezing seems to be the real killer of liquid polishes, sealants, and waxes. I have had a couple freeze once or twice and were salvageable. I have forgotten a few over the years that froze several times and for long periods I suspect and those ended up in the trash...

This was a real expensive lesson that I don't care to repeat...

Shaking and storing are the two most important things. Here's a recent thread on shaking products: http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/auto-detailing-101/31983-i-shake-all-my-products-once-day.html

Keep closed and sealed properly, out of huge temp swings. You'll see several years or more.

if you can try to keep products out of the garage or areas that tend to get cold or hot. I have a shelving system in my basement that I use for my stuff. Since it's heated and air conditioned, I've never had an issue with products going bad.
