Meguiar's Ultimate Polish & DP Poly-Coat.

I just picked up some Ultimate Polish and read that it is very similar to M205 except is has a lot more polishing oils in it. Will this affect the adhesion properties and durability of DP Poly-Coat?
 
Poli-coat has some prepping properties in it to enhance bonding, I suspect you will be fine.
 
Has anyone ever used Ultimate Polish? Is it close to 205? I am working on my Honda right now and almost out of 205 and want to get it finished this weekend and it's too late to order from AG (which is what i'd rather do), I can get this local. This Honda paint is so soft with my inexperience it is taking me a lot longer to get it looking right but I sure am learning a lot.
 
According to Michael Stoops over at the Meguiar's forum, Ultimate Polish is basically the consumer version of M205 and the main difference is it has a lot more polishing oils in it. I already picked up two bottles and I'm looking forward to using it.
