It depends from the outside temperature for exaple when i apply it usually dries immedietly after application because the temperature in our country can reach 113 farenait .I can help you about the wax becouse i always use it as last step.And a zaino grande finale on top

You should wait for the 10-12 hours so the opti can cure to the paint then apply your wax.
