So I was walking through the grocery store for the daily "honey I need this" run and it hit me. You have it bad when minute maid orange juice reminds you of Meguiar's wash and wax...

What is your moment?

When I waxed the bathroom sink half with one product and the other half with another to test "durability and beading properties".

When I was veering off in the wrong lane on the interstate cause I was looking at what needed to get done to passing vehicles.

Seek profesional help immediately!

I will admit this crossed my mind too this weekend.

When I washed the dog with ONR, gave my daughter a bottle of M105 for her birthday and told the wife to slap on a couple of coats of CG EZ Creme Glaze before a night out on the town.
Now my dog and family hate me, but at least I have enough material for that country & western song I've been meaning to write.

I just cant seem to finish detailing my car!!

Everytime I look at it, it seems something isn't right, I didn't detail the trim or the paint was left as such near the trim due to masking and it just drives me nuts as I want each and every sq. mm of the paint to be swirl free!! but that is too risky etc.

My parents and friends say that I'm going crazy!! lol but I'm loving each moment I spend with my car! :D

oh my god....I am so glad I am not the only one! I find myself doing this A LOT. Hell none of my friends go to car shows with me anymore because I look at these "show cars" and wonder if Ray Charles did detailing.

You know you have it bad when minute maid reminds you of meguiar's wash and wax and start a thread about it... :props:

Or when your desk, iPhone, MacBook pro, iPads have been sealed with menz. Or when ever you are about to clean something you always reach for some detail product. Can't walk by a car without creating a game plan on your head on how would you polish it (this applies to cars seen on tc as well...) and when the only reason you look at the weather report is to know if you will be able to work on the car, or if it will rain... (so you can clean it the next day) :buffing:Im the MAN:buffing:Im the MAN

^Completely agree with the weather report thing!!

I've installed 'foreca weather' app in my phone and I now plan the details solely based on weather conditions!

when you use pinnacle paint cleaner on your fridge prior to uppg

When your home page is Autogeek Online
When you realize you've already bought one.....of everything
When the finish on your neighbors car bothers you
When you teach your wife how to keep her car clean inside...Not necessarily a bad thing..

When its snowing outside, and you're in the garage polishing the hood of your lawn tractor.

you wait for the work week to be done. you get up at the crack of dawn, first light on saturday morning. and go to town on your ride. :) and you are truly depressed if its raining, so you try again sunday morning.

You wear rubber gloves and your detailing apron prior to changing your newborns twins dirty diapers, then instead of a baby wipe, use a microfiber towel to polish their bottom ends....
