Nice dude! A couple of things I dont do would be the speed 6 with 205 .... and the pretty fast hand movement.
I like to finish off with not so curvy panels with a rotary and vary the speed with my polishing pad to jewel the paint, but hey if it works for you why not!
With the DA and 205 i have played with speed 4 with medium pressure and then speed five with no pressure to simulate jeweling
 
great video man. that helps me since i'm just starting to polish paint myself. Got one car under my belt...my audi. lol

I dont try to fool myself with polishing trickery with a d/a. Ive been polishing paint for years with a d/a and could never see any true benefit to polishing with many different speeds. Varying pressure is a different story
though.

Polishing with a rotary at different speeds is a different monster altogether. Definately benefit to be had there.

when using po85rd via rotary what speed do you use to "jewel" the paint and how much pressure?
