Is auto glym worth $20?

I'm thinking of getting a container from walmart for $20. I was wondering if its worth it or if i should just wait and spent the money on the pinnecle II wax. I have a dark blue metalic car and my chevelle with light blue with pearl and metalic.
 
yes it's worth $20, never cared for the SSII...
 
Worth every penny of it if they have more then one I would buy it also . I know a bunch of people looking for a tub of it .
 
I believe they have 3 or 4 of them. If anyone is looking for some i can pick it up and they would just have to pay me for it and the shipping. I think shipping shouldn't be more then $5.
 
I don't know if you seen the retail price. You can never have enough wax. I clear out both of my closest Walmart.:) I have tried it and love it.

Didn't realise you guys could get Autoglym on your side of the pond.

What Autoglym product is it? hd wax?
 
Absolutely! It regularly retails for much higher elsewhere. It comes with a microfiber cloth and two pre-dampened applicators. Can't get much better value than that.
 
Oh and $20 (about £12.66) is a little bit cheaper than trade retail price in the UK (if it is hd wax) retails for £44.99 (about $71!!!) :wow:
 
Yes -- it is the HD. I plan to pick some up if mine still has it. They had 6 last time I was there (for $20). I've read/heard some have discounted to $15. Mine has had it on clearance for $20 for quite some time. I keep waiting for a better bargain (another price drop) -- since I really don't "need" it.
 
I'd say buy it, especially at that price, i think the applicators they come with are pants, i just use a foam applicator. In my opinion around on par with Poorboy's Nattys Red, but Natty's is the one i'd put my hand on if was going to use one of them, just because it can be used in sun etc.
 
COol i'm going to get one, can this be put on with my giots da?
 
at that price i would jump on it-i recently used some with the da and i was pretty impressed-i am a fan of max wax also
 
IMO looks great on light colors and easy on/off, well worth the $20.
 
I just picked some up and tried it on my brothers black hood on his nova and it looks awsome.
pinnicle swirl remover and orange pad
pinnicle polish and black pad
auto glym and a red pad.
