I saw that. It was my attempt at being funny that no one was 'stressing' it, i.e. jumping up and down. After all, a remote control is a must have for men no matter if the piece of equipment works or not :D.

I love the remote pops off the handle. I am gonna take it off and let my buddy vac out his camaro and keep turning it on and off without him knowing..LOL
 
I must say that's pretty cool. Hows the suction on it? I have the little 2.5 gallon, 2.5hp unit and it gets the job done but the suction on it isn't very good.
 
Seajay, honestly I'm very satisfied with the suction. I've only had a chance to clean 4 cars so far, but the overall performance is Great... For the price, your getting a d@mn good unit, IMO.

Funny, I've been thinking about a wall mount because I'm tired of dragging around my Sears model. Can you get extra hose for it? I'm wondering if 21 isn't long enough.

Picked mine up last night and tested it today on the Ranger.
It more than surpasses my expectations for a wet/dry $105.00 dollar unit made in china.Clearly was engineered here in the states.

Works like a champ!
 
I bought one of these two or three months ago, and works great! Oh, did I say, it has a remote control too!! :dblthumb2:

I must be missing something. I have a Ridgid WD4070 and I did not see anything the Ridgid could not do and I did not think the Ridgid was that great suction wise.
