Guess I was confused by this line "I may add more to the list, but what's in the box", as it's in the box.

Hello, Richard. I have been wanting to try this for a while but can't pull the trigger on a full bottle incase I don't like it.
 
I will filter through this and contact people for shipping info. Please note that this is not a contest and I do not expect anything in return. This is 100% on me. If you don't mind try to stick to 1 or 2 samples so that more people have a chance to try stuff out. If you're looking for something specific that's not on the list, let me know and I will see what I can do but I won't make any promises.
