Just wanted to say thanks to Meghan and Autogeek for helping me out this morning and you went above and beyond my expectations! :dblthumb2:

Thanks again!

not that Meghan doesn't deserve it but I don't think Penny gets enough praise

Thanks Penny!

Absolutely. AG just goes that extra mile to make us happy. I had ordered a foam gun and the size I wanted wasn't in stock so I was called and given a samples kit and a few free mf towels. I wasn't expecting any of it nor was I angry that it wasn't in stock. It happens and they "fixed" something that, IMO, was part of typical business.

AG customer service is top notch.Kudos to them. But today, I'll raise my hat to those responsible in the 24 hour sale. Max FTW! =D

Chad no problem at all, we are here to take care of those things for you. Did your package arrive already?

Absolutely. AG displays the best customer service and at the same time shows customer appreciation. Never have I done business with a company that I feel ACTUALLY appreciates my business. Sure I am spending money here, but they DO NOT have to offer BOGO's ALL of the time or offer free shipping on orders over $95 All the time nor do have to add free samples to our orders.

These are the reasons why AG has such a strong following and is able to buyout the competition.

I always give AG the opportunity to meet or beat prices.

Thank you Troy we do appreciate you business, because of all of our great customers we are able to do what we love here.

Brushes for the electric motor. To change them you remove the screw on the back of the machine and slide the cover off. Im pretty sure those ones are held in by two springs inside the machine.

Thanx.

um, not that it will be anytime soon hopefully, but how will I know when/if they need changing?
