I believe he will make an excellent president. What are your thoughts?
 
Less positive simply because he's used to private sector work and having the final say (even if it's not "you're fired".) Negotiating, compromising, listening to other viewpoints (care or not) don't seem part of his strengths.

That works well in private industry. Not well at all in public sector where things can be tied up forever in congress/courts. Example: Wisconsin.

I know I shouldn't get into this discussion. But wasn't he the one who said "my investigators can't believe what they've found"
 
What an absolute joke. Yeah I want a guy who went bankrupt four times running our economy. His tv show will be renewed in may so let's put this baloney to rest now. He doesn't even know what party he belongs to. He says he's a gas and oil party member (GOP) but he donates millions to democrats and screws everybody and is an equal opportunity wacko. I pray he runs and Palin as his VP. It would be a wipeout of epic proportions.

I've been on the forums for awhile now. I'm getting use to reading between the lines :D

Having said that, I do respect your opinion :)

We already have a massive egomainac as a president we don't need another one.
 
Being from California, I know what it's like having a celebrity in office and it's the same as with any politician, nothing really changes. We're too divided and the parties are unwilling to compromise. Makes for damn good television!

All the presidents since after JFK have been hand picked for office before our votes - so it doesnt really matter lol. Its who the owners of the F e D want to put into office.
 
Well, at least now I know he's not the anti christ :)
 
Donald's biggest problem is he doesn't have the filter between his brain and his mouth that most people have. In the private sector he can say anything he wants and the worst consequence is he loses some stock value or an investor. If he says stupid things as president, missiles get re-targeted, trade stops, and people die.

I would love to have a president with his business experience, or even better an experienced governor who has turned around a states (Hint: Mitch Daniels).

In the end Teddy Roosevelt said it best: "speak softly and carry a big stick"
