Hey guys..... I have got a happy client that tosses me a tour bus about once every 2 to 4 weeks...... they want me to send them some numbers about doing all 8 of their buses twice a month. I was googling quote packages and what not but couldnt find anything free...... do you guys know of a template that is professional and has worked for you?!?!?!?

Nope - got all that..... looking for a quote package template. I have the numbers (in my head) .... just want them to look professional as if I was trying to pick up a multi-million dollar company (soon to come).
 
Attached is what I use - it is in Excel. After I complete the file I convert it to a pdf prior to sending to the customer

Nice man - is this used daily for you or for the bigger contracts? Im hoping for a one time WOW effect for a future client - like a one to five year contract type deal.
