Finally My Car Is Done!

nice ride John!!! The lambo looks fantastic! I would really like to see your detailing collection! :)

The black bumper and spoiler look perfect on that ride, nice contrast. Can you tell us a little about the paint process? I am assuming the spoiler and bumper were originally yellow. Were they powdercoated/baked? or standard spray and then clearcoated? What type of shop did the work?

Holy Hell! That is beautiful. The spoiler sets it of quite nicely.

Those parts are unpainted carbon fiber. They are not painted black. Those are aftermarket replacement carbon fiber upgrades. It is difficult to see the weave of the carbon fiber, but you can see it a bit in the close up of the wing, and you can see that the front spoiler is grey, which is how carbon fiber looks from some angles. It is possible that the parts are clearcoated, but I doubt it. I suspect the clear is just the resin that the parts are partly composed of.

WOW!!! I saw something about a bumper a while back but the finished product is NICE!!! How long have you had it? What top speed have you gotten it to?

Any other mods planned?

You sir, are correct! Finished carbon fiber does not need clearcoating. There are unfinished carbon fiber that need clearcoat, that's not the case here. The front bumper has also been 3M film protected.

I got the spoiler and bumper in February. The fastet I've ever driven in it is 55 MPH I swear officer. Ok well, maybe 170. but shhh. :D

I've already tweeked the engine and put an aftermarket exhaust on it. I'm done with mods............maybe

shhhh, I have been thinking about TT's

Sir let me tell you that these lambos that underground racing builds are just out of this world. They brought ALOT of the lambos they built down to TX2k11 and let me tell you it was the first time i had seen these cars in person. TX2k11 is also knows as the supra nationals but these lambos were just making these 1000+HP supras look bad. No joke these lambos flying by at 200+mph sound like jets. check this video out, it should be motivational :dblthumb2:

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mxTAbxIAMU4]YouTube - TX2K11 - 1300 - 1500hp TT Lambo's vs 300hp Busa 1100hp TT Viper vs 1200hp Supra[/video]

(click the annotations off) BTW, if you ever have the chance to make it to TX2k12 or any of the following years, please do. you wont regret it.

Yeah the G's are sweet. The only fault with them is how they bog when it comes down from a high, ugly looks compared to the Murci, and the gearing doesn't allow for pass 200mph.

Most UG TT's have gone and gotten the gearing changed but I would skip the FatLady and go straight for a Murci...or an Aventador
